General Provisions

crrickex is an online gaming and cricket betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. The platform includes casino games, live dealer games, slots, sports betting and other entertainment gaming services.

These terms and conditions apply to all products and services on the crrickex platform. In addition to these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines are also mandatory for all members.

1.1 Scope of Services

Account Registration

A personal account is required to use services on crrickex. Each member may open only one account.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may operate only one account — duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited
• Multiple accounts cannot be opened with the same mobile number or email address
• It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential and not share them with third parties

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact us immediately via 24/7 live chat. crrickex will not be held responsible for unauthorized access to your account if you fail to keep your login details secure.

Age Verification and Identity

Registration and use of services on crrickex is only for those aged 21 or above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

crrickex reserves the right to verify your identity for withdrawals or transactions above a certain limit. The following documents may be required in this process:

• A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of a mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
• Bank account statement (where applicable)
• Selfie photo (where applicable)

If the KYC process is not completed, the withdrawal facility on the account may be temporarily suspended. All documents submitted are secured through SSL encryption.

3.2 Providing False Information

If false, incorrect or misleading information is provided during registration or the KYC process, the account will be immediately closed and crrickex reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits on crrickex can be made via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

• crrickex does not charge any additional fees for deposits
• Deposits from third-party bank accounts or mobile numbers are not accepted
• The deposit method and registered details must match

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5-30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.

• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing
• If bonus wagering requirements have not been met, withdrawal processing may be delayed

4.3 Transaction Policy

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Money laundering or illegal financial activity through crrickex services is strictly prohibited, and if such activity is detected, the relevant authorities will be notified.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

crrickex offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms and validity period
• Bonuses apply only to registered and verified accounts
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same deposit
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and winnings will be forfeited
• crrickex reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time

5.3 VIP Program

The crrickex VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members receive a weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.7% and Gold members up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Advancement to a higher tier depends on your overall gaming activity.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on crrickex are conducted on the basis of fair play. RNG (Random Number Generator) technology is used to determine game outcomes, which is independently verified.

• All bets are final and cannot be changed — bets cannot be cancelled after they are placed
• Game outcomes resulting from a technical error will not be considered valid
• crrickex bears no liability if an active game session is affected by an internet disconnection
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches is prohibited

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting, including cricket betting, is governed by crrickex's specific sports betting rules. Rules for bet settlement apply in the case of a cancelled match, tie or undecided result.

6.3 Maximum Win Limit

The maximum winning amount from a single bet or game session may be capped. This limit is set separately for each game or betting market and is displayed in the game interface.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crrickex platform:

• Opening or operating an account by anyone under 18 or 21 years of age
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a third party
• Using any automation software, bots or hacking tools
• Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing
• Bonus abuse or manipulation (bonus abuse / bonus hunting)
• Attempting to manipulate the game or betting system
• Fraudulent behaviour or collusion with other members
• Using a false identity or forged documents
• Rude or offensive behaviour towards our staff

Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture and legal action where necessary.

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 crrickex's Rights

crrickex reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Providing false or incorrect identity information
• Suspicion of money laundering
• Order from a court or competent authority
• Account inactive for an extended period

9.2 Inactive Account Policy

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. In such cases, the member will be notified through their registered contact method and given the opportunity to reactivate the account.

9.3 Voluntary Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their account, they may submit a request via 24/7 live chat or email. The opportunity to withdraw any remaining eligible balance will be provided before closure.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or complaint will first be addressed through our customer service team.

12.1 Change Notification

12.3 Severability Clause

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between crrickex and the member. If any clause becomes unenforceable for legal reasons, the remaining clauses will continue to remain in effect.
